Information collected
When you submit a merchant enquiry, we collect the name, work email, company, optional website and message you provide. We also receive basic security and request information needed to deliver and protect the website.
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to review the business request, respond, prevent abuse and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation. We do not ask for card numbers, passwords, one-time codes, identity documents or API credentials through the public form.
Storage and service providers
The website and enquiry database are hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure. Information may be processed where those services operate, subject to their applicable safeguards. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for enquiry handling, security and legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell enquiry information. It may be shared with service providers supporting hosting or operations, or where required by law. If an enquiry progresses, additional notices and agreements may apply to onboarding data.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. Email [email protected].

This policy may be updated as the service evolves. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
